Amax Manufacturing Inc. is a family-owned plastic injection molding company based in Foley, Minnesota, specializing in high-quality and responsive service. With injection molding presses ranging from 55 to 350 tons, we accommodate a wide range of part sizes, materials, and production volumes. We can also use overmolding to mold metal threaded inserts or other components into your parts. Using efficient, sustainable, and flexible practices, Amax Manufacturing offers low cost, quality part production.

Beyond injection molding, we offer secondary services like hot stamping and assembly, ensuring that your products arrive ready for sale or further processing. Our team can also assist with labeling and packaging for a complete, hassle-free solution.

We are able to provide product design services in-house to bring your project from idea to production using our team.

3D Printing Services
We now provide 3D printing for prototyping, small-batch production, and custom orders. Whether you need help designing products, crafting unique branded items, or producing hard-to-find replacement parts, we can help. If a mold investment isn’t practical, we can 3D print low-volume products efficiently.

Logistics and Delivery Solutions
Located in Central Minnesota, we have access to a variety of trucking networks. We’ll work with your preferred shipper or help you find the best option. Additionally, we offer warehouse storage, allowing for flexible on-demand or scheduled deliveries to suit your needs.

We utilize domestic tooling partners for all our mold development and mold maintenance projects. We also use domestic material companies so our prices remain as consistent as possible with the best access to products. If you already have a mold at your facility or another manufacturer, we can coordinate the mold transfer process to get your existing project up and running at the Amax Manufacturing facility.
